Our Events & Ministries
The life of our church is rich as we worship, learn, serve, and grow together. Some of the opportunities available through our church are below. If you have questions about dates and times, feel free to look at the calendar or contact us.
Nursing Home Ministry
God tells us that concern for those who are weakest is a concern for Him, and therefore ought to be a concern for us. God has opened up a wonderful opportunity to minister in a local nursing home and rehabilitation center. This involves organizing a worship service once a month, Bible studies for residents, ongoing relationship-building with those residents, encouraging and equipping them to be a growing influence within their small community.
Guardians:
Ministry To Men
Once a month the men and young men meet after the worship service to discuss a topic relevant to the needs of the men in our church body. This can include helping men address areas of struggle, theological or biblical questions, or practical ways to live out the Christian life.
Laurels of Grace:
Ministry to Women
The spiritual, emotional, and relational health, growth, and maturity of the women in our church family is vital. So once a month we provide an opportunity to address areas of need, growth, or encouragement. This takes place after our normal worship service.
Battalion:
Intergenerational Discipleship Between Men and Teen Boys
Battalion is an intergenerational ministry of men over the age of 18 to young men (ages 12-18). The focus is on relationship building, discipleship, and leadership training.
MINT:
Intergenerational Discipleship between Women and Girls
God commends the older women to teach the younger women. MINT is a a weekly ministry designed to facilitate relationship building and discipleship inter-generationally between women and girls.
Homeschool Library
We believe in supporting Christian education. Because many of our families have chosen home education we have put together an extensive library of books that can be borrowed by homeschooling members of our church.
Online Deep Dive Bible Study
Twice a month we host an online Bible Study diving deep into the whole Bible. Check our calendar for dates and times.
Community Bible Studies/Fellowship Groups
Time with God and one another is vital. We have local community Bible studies that meet in various locations where we eat together, study, sing, and enjoy growing together.
